Deinokrates (Greek, Δεινοκράτης; Latin, Dinocrates) is the name commonly given to a Greek artist, perhaps from Macedonia or Rhodes, believed to have been a sculptor, architect and city planner who made designs for a number of large projects in the late 4th and early 3rd centuries BC, during and after the reign of Alexander the Great.
